Randall Reid joined The Fiorentino Group in 2010 as Managing Director of the firm’s Tampa office after a 30-year career in finance, real estate and construction. In his role at the firm, Randall provides government relations and business development services to clients in the Tampa Bay-area and throughout the state.
Randall previously served as Director of Business Development for the Tampa office of Hardin Construction Company, one of the largest construction firms in the southeast. Prior to joining Hardin, Randall was an office leasing broker with CLW Real Estate Services Group, where he specialized in tenant representation of large national clients in markets throughout the United States. In 1985, Randall became a real estate appraiser and attained his M.A.I. designation as a member of the Appraisal Institute. His career in the appraisal industry spanned 15 years. After obtaining his CPA in 1980, Randall practiced public accounting for five years in Tampa, where he was born and raised.
Politically active throughout his career, Randall has developed a broad network of personal and professional relationships. Although his primary focus has been in the business development arena, he has significant experience working with local and state officials on behalf of employers, clients and various industry organizations.
In 2009, Governor Charlie Crist appointed Randall to the District Board of Trustees for Hillsborough Community College, which he currently chairs. He was appointed by Tampa Mayor Pam Iorio to serve on the City‘s Real Estate Development Task Force and Construction Services Division Oversight Committee. In addition, Randall serves on the University of Florida Center for Real Estate Studies Advisory Board, the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Investment Council (REIC) and is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He also serves on the Transportation Task Force and Public Policy and Advocacy Council of the Tampa Bay Partnership.
Randall graduated from the University of Florida in 1980 with a degree in Accounting.
