Annie K. “Kate” Wallace joined The Fiorentino Group in 2009 as Legislative Coordinator for the firm’s Multi-State Legislative and Regulatory Practice. Kate brings to the firm an extensive network of state and federal contacts and more than three years of internship and work experience from the nation’s capital. Most recently, she served as government affairs assistant to the Washington office of Triadvocates, LLC, a public affairs and government relations firm headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.
Prior to joining Triadvocates, Kate served as staff assistant for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., in its federal government relations office. As a college student, she interned with the office of Congressman Adam Putnam (FL-12) and the Washington office of Tew Cardenas in 2005. Later, she served as a White House intern with Vice President Cheney’s Office of Domestic Policy in the spring of 2007. Kate also has experience with grassroots campaigning as a former field representative for the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity.
Kate is active in the community as a member of Junior League of Tallahassee, Capital Area Gator Club and College Leadership Florida – Class VIII. She also serves on the College Leadership Florida Cabinet and Big Bend Regional Council for Connect Florida.
Kate is a native of Bartow, Florida, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Florida, where she was a member of Phi Mu Fraternity.
